- Take the M55 west.
- At the end of the motorway, follow the A5230, signposted for Lytham St. Annes and Airport.
- Turn left onto the B5261, signposted Lytham St. Annes.
- Turn right onto the B5233 (St. Annes Road East).
- At the second set of traffic lights, turn left into St. Davids Road South.
- Tudor House is at number 32 on the right-hand side.
By Train:
North Western Trains operate services to St. Annes-on-Sea from Preston.
